At Press Play: Creatives, we’re honored to work on projects that spark meaningful conversations and empower communities. Our latest collaboration with Redstory for the She is HERd event, hosted by Community Financial Credit Union, was an incredible opportunity to document and share stories of resilience, leadership, and financial empowerment.
What is She is HERd?
She is HERd is a platform dedicated to amplifying women’s voices in financial health, career development, and workplace leadership.
The organization creates space for real conversations about economic empowerment, career growth, and overcoming professional challenges. By bringing together thought leaders, industry experts, and inspiring individuals, She is HERd provides resources and dialogue that help women take ownership of their financial futures and professional paths.
This year’s event also marked the unveiling of a powerful new brand identity for Community Financial Credit Union’s women’s initiative: HERd — a symbol of collective strength, community, and leadership.
Tansley Stearns, President & CEO of CFCU, shared a beautiful metaphor during her opening remarks: just like a quilt made from diverse, unique pieces of fabric, HERd is a community stitched together by different experiences, creating something stronger, warmer, and more beautiful together.
It’s a message that resonated throughout the event.
Our Role: Capturing the She is HERd Experience
Partnering with Redstory, we were brought on to film and edit the live presentations, ensuring that the insights and stories shared at She is HERd could reach far beyond the event itself.
Our work focused on:
Filming Engaging Talks — Capturing keynote speakers, fireside chats, and intimate conversations that highlighted the powerful perspectives shared by leaders and innovators.
Editing for Accessibility & Engagement — Carefully shaping the footage to create digestible, shareable videos that extend the event’s impact to those who couldn’t attend in person.
Our goal was to preserve the energy of the day — the honesty, the wisdom, and the call to action — and make it accessible to anyone ready to be part of the movement.
